Matteo's Green Eggs &
Ham
2 large eggs
1 large ham steak
1 hand full of tortilla chips
1 oz. Chile Chile Bang Bang (Salsa Verde)
4 oz. Matteo's Salsa de Casa
Lay tortilla chips out on oval plate.
Pour Matteo's Salsa de Casa evenly over chips.
Grill ham steak and lay on top of chips.
Sauté eggs over easy & place on top of ham steak.
Baste eggs with Chile Chile Bang Bang & serve!

Matteo's Filthy Loins
4-5 Lb. Pork Loin
2 oz. Matteo's Dirty Nut Rub
3/4 cup BBQ Sauce
Generously rub Matteo's Dirty Nut Rub all over pork loin.
Brown both sides on weber grill. Baste with BBQ sauce lightly
as pork cooks. Cover & Let smoke approximately 1 1/2
hours.
Let filthy loins rest for 20 minutes, then slice. YUM!

Clean & cut up whole chicken. Smear Matteo's Dirty Nut
Rub generously to all fowl parts until filthy or to taste.
